Celebrating Halloween Already

It has been pretty cold here in Idaho, much colder already than we would like. We were thinking of taking Ada to pick our family pumpkin this year, but a few days ago (being September and way too early to get a pumpkin) but the temps get down to 25 at night so they have been frozen! So we got our Wal-Mart pumpkin which Ada picked out. And see the pictures and the new video of Ada coloring (I know, yes, much less dramatic than the last video, but I think to most of you, that's a good thing!).

Adas' new LL Bean backpack, which she LOVES! Thanks for sending it Emily and Jon! We hope this will help her during church and on the plane in about a month and a half.

Something we decided to try for Halloween (but by changing the Jell-O color it can be for any holiday). If anyone wants the recipe let me know!
(this version we called Slime Popcorn-Josh thought calling it Bugger popcorn was going a bit too far...drat!)
