It's a Girl!

As far as we know, we are having a girl whose name will be Ada Jennie McLaughlin. We have made a little mini-movie out of the still pictures we were able to get from the appointment yesterday (it would have been a real movie, but the recording equipment at the doctors' office was not working!) We are all doing fine here and hope to have our Target and Walmart registeries up soon for those who have asked when it is going to be completed! We love all of you and hope this brings a huge smile to all of your faces!!

If the video goes a bit too fast for you and you would like to see the pictures in great detail, don't be afraid to pause the video and take a closer look!

Snow Snow Snow!

Well for those of you who have fair weather this winter, you'll be shocked by this! We have had so much snow so far this winter that people are saying that when it all melts, the amount of water coming through this valley will be a sight to see. There was a Teton Dam which broke back in the 70's, and that flooded the entire town and surrounding area! If you want to know more check this website out: http://www.rexcc.com/thingstodo/attractions/tetonflood.html

So here are some pictures to stimulate your mind and senses! (we have finally taken some pics of my pregnant belly!)

These are pics of our walkways and our parking lot, and yes, in the first picture-there is a car under all that snow!

Ok so I am not huge yet, but this is only at just barely 5 mos!

Our First Blog

For all of those who want pictures, videos, updates and the like, here is our blog. We just got a mini dvd camcorder, which we are still figuring out how it works but soon we will have our own videos uploaded!

So I am sure you are asking...what's new? Well we are 20 weeks today and next week we go in to try to find out if we are having a boy or a girl, so we are very excited. Josh will have to have no sleep on that day but like the great man that he is, decided to come in with me anyway. The baby has started kicking and it's fun to feel it, but sometimes we really think we are going to have a runner or soccer player the way he or she kicks!

It's freezing cold on most mornings/nights, but by day the sun is out and shinning, which just makes you think it is warmer than it actually is! It snows a few inches every day or so, and the people around here have no idea what to do with it all! I have heard that they are starting to load trucks and other vehicles with the excess snow and dumping outside of town so we can have our roads back!
We will keep you all posted on events as they progress, and as soon as we get some more pictures, we'll upload them!
